About Gears
One line. Gears is a running coach app for Apple Watch and iPhone that learns three effort gears from your own body and coaches every run live, in your ear.
One paragraph. Gears coaches every run in three personal efforts, Easy, Steady and Hard, plus Walk, learned from the runner's own running in Apple Health and sharpened by every run with heart rate. A coach in the runner's ear reacts live to pace, heart rate, steps and the ground, right over their own music, with pre-recorded lines picked by rules on the device. Around the run sit a personalized training plan that bends to the runner's days, a gear for each morning read from sleep and heart rate, and a grade for how well each run was run, not how fast. Gears runs on Apple Watch alone, iPhone alone, or both, and no run needs a signal.

Logo and color
The logo is the Apple Watch app icon beside the wordmark, GEARS drawn in lines of one weight with square ends. The wordmark is cream (#F4EEE6) on warm black (#121114), or black on light. Give it clear space equal to the height of its letters, and never recolor, stretch or add effects. The app icon is used as it is, on its rounded square. The gear colors are teal-green (#3FD6B0), amber (#FFB340) and red-orange (#FF5A3C), and always mean a gear.
